We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. As our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations in the restaurant. You will be required to ensure that standards of customer service and food quality are consistently met.

Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer base
- Managing staff schedules, training, and performance reviews
- Monitoring daily operations of the restaurant including seating arrangements, food preparation, customer service etc.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations as well as licensing laws
- Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health, safety standards at all times
