Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have the chance to take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, managing staff performance, creating a pleasant and inviting environment, and ensuring that customer satisfaction is a top priority. This role offers a salary of 1300 and we are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant
• Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
• Planning menus, pricing, promotions and scheduling staff shifts
• Recruiting, training and managing staff
• Monitoring restaurant budget and maintaining financial records
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Developing strategies to increase customer revenue
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proven ability to manage budgets and other financial records
• Knowledge of effective staff management techniques
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma; degree in hospitality/restaurant management preferred
