Restaurant Manager job in Dubai UAE


We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join us in Dubai and help manage our busy restaurant. The ideal candidate will have the skills and abilities to handle all aspects of restaurant management, including customer service, staff supervision, inventory management, food preparation and kitchen safety.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Duties include ensuring customer satisfaction and managing staff to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen, dining area, delivery services and bar. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for scheduling staff shifts, monitoring customer feedback, resolving complaints and developing new menus or promotions.

We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills who can demonstrate leadership abilities. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of the hospitality industry with a minimum of 1 year experience as a Restaurant Manager. We are ready to consider immigrants into this role as well. We offer a salary of 1200 AED per month for this position.
