Barista Position in Riyadh

We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and be passionate about coffee.

Responsibilities:
• Serve customers with drinks and food items quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure that the quality of the drinks and food served meet the highest standards.
• Take orders from customers accurately and explain menu items when necessary.
• Clean work area, restock shelves, and replenish condiments as needed.
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of coffee varieties, preparation techniques, blends, etc.
• Uphold corporate policies and procedures at all times.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
• Must be fluent in English language (Arabic is a plus).
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. • Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required; we are willing to consider an immigrant with no experience for this position. • Excellent customer service skills required. • Great interpersonal communication skills necessary for interacting with customers on a daily basis. • Ability to stand for long periods of time while providing optimal customer service. • Salary: 1600 SAR per month (depending on experience).
