We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the catering industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing staff and providing exceptional customer service. The successful applicant should be creative, passionate about food, and able to prepare high-quality dishes with a variety of ingredients.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing menus for the restaurant that are creative and unique.
• Cooking delicious, high-quality dishes in an efficient manner.
• Managing kitchen staff and ensuring they adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Planning budgets and monitoring stock levels.
• Ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
• Creating training plans for new staff members.
• Developing relationships with vendors to ensure quality ingredients are used in all recipes.
• Overseeing catering events.
