We are looking for an experienced and creative Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a passion for flowers and plants, as well as a great eye for detail. In this role, you will be responsible for creating beautiful flower arrangements and other floral products for customers. You must also be willing to develop new designs and provide excellent customer service.

The primary responsibilities of the Florist include: selecting the freshest flowers and plants, preparing them for display, arranging them in attractive designs, creating custom orders, responding to customer requests, maintaining the shop’s inventory, and keeping accurate records of sales and orders. Additionally, you will need to keep up-to-date on current trends in floral design and be able to work with a wide variety of plant materials.

To qualify as our Florist candidate, you must have experience in floral design with a proven track record of success. You should also possess excellent communication skills, customer service experience, an eye for detail, creativity, organizational skills and the ability to work independently or within a team setting. A high school diploma is required; prior work experience in retail or floristry is preferred but not necessary. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700 per month.
