Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, operating all equipment, maintaining a clean work area, handling customer inquiries, processing payments, and accurately following all relevant safety procedures. They will also be required to provide exceptional customer service while following company protocol when interacting with customers. The Barista should have the ability to work independently while following instructions from supervisors or other team members.
