Job Title: Executive Chef - Dubai

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: 1500 AED per month

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading the culinary team in creating and executing delicious and unique dishes. He/she will be required to create new recipes and menus, maintain quality standards, manage staff, and ensure the kitchen runs efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant or hotel. Past experience with international cuisine is preferred as well as knowledge and understanding of food safety regulations. The ability to work under pressure is essential.

The successful candidate must possess excellent leadership and communication skills, be highly organized, creative and have great attention to detail. He/she must also be able to work independently as well as collaborate with other departments within the organization.

We are open to considering foreign candidates for this position and offer a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month plus benefits including medical insurance, housing allowance, flight tickets home every two years, annual leave and end of service bonus.
