Sommelier job in Dubai UAE


We are looking for a Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. We offer a competitive salary of 1200 AED per month. No prior experience is required, however any relevant experience would be beneficial.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the selection, procurement and storage of wines, as well as advising customers on their choice of beverages. The ideal candidate will have an excellent knowledge of the wine industry and a passion for customer service.

The Sommelier will be expected to:
• Advise customers on their choice of beverage
• Select and purchase wines from suppliers
• Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of wines
• Ensure all wines are stored in the proper conditions
• Ensure that all applicable laws and regulations are adhered to
• Provide training to staff in wine selection and service procedures
• Represent the establishment at wine tasting events
• Maintain accurate records of transactions with customers
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure quality products are delivered promptly.
