Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Waiter to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and serving food and drinks in a professional manner.

We offer a competitive salary of 1700 per month and are ready to consider a foreign candidate.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be friendly, and have a positive attitude. Previous experience in the restaurant industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities include:
• Greeting customers as they arrive and seating them at appropriate tables;
• Taking orders accurately;
• Serving meals and drinks in a timely manner;
• Checking with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and taking action to correct any problems;
• Answering questions about menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, etc.;
• Processing payments;
• Adhering to health safety regulations when handling food;
• Cleaning tables after customers have finished their meals;
• Delivering food orders from the kitchen to tables.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role in a restaurant environment;
• Knowledge of basic food safety principles;
• Understanding of customer service principles;
• Ability to remain calm under pressure;
• Outstanding interpersonal skills;
• Excellent organizational skills;
