Qualifications & Experience Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
• Previous experience in a barista role is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy items up to 25 lbs. when necessary.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
