Land surveyor job vacancy in Dibba-El-Fujairah UAE


We are hiring for a Land Surveyor position in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. This position offers a competitive salary of 1200 AED per month and we are willing to consider foreign applicants with minimal work experience.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of surveying techniques, land measurements, and the principles and practices of land surveying. They should be able to ensure proper measurement and location of boundaries for legal purposes and be able to use survey instruments such as a surveyor’s chain, compass, or transit. The candidate should also have an understanding of topographical maps, aerial photographs, and other land surveying documents.

Responsibilities include:

• Establishing precise points on the surface of the earth using GPS devices or traditional survey methods

• Developing detailed surveys using plans, maps, drawings, aerial photographs and other data sources

• Preparing legal descriptions for deeds and boundary maps based on surveys or related documents
• Analysing data from surveys to create plans for construction projects
• Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates for construction projects
• Ensuring accuracy in all calculations and measurements while adhering to safety regulations at all times
