The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and on time. The Supervisor will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate their employees in order to ensure continued success of the business. They will also be required to maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and other business partners.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role or can demonstrate equivalent knowledge or experience. They must possess strong leadership qualities and have excellent problem solving skills as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure. A degree in Management or Business Administration is desirable but not essential.
