Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Oversee employee relations issues including disciplinary processes, disputes, grievances and dismissals
• Prepare job descriptions and post job ads online
• Support managers with hiring decisions by assessing applicants’ skills, qualifications and experience
• Develop training programs
• Monitor performance reviews

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR role • In-depth understanding of UAE labor law • Strong communication skills • Ability to work independently • Flexible approach to work • We are also ready to consider applicants with no experience.
