Job Summary:
As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel. You will oversee the implementation of security policies and procedures, as well as monitor our security systems and personnel performance.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Developing security policies, procedures, standards and guidelines in line with best practices
Ensuring that all security systems are functioning properly at all times
Designing emergency response plans to ensure employees’ safety in case of emergencies or threats
Conducting regular drills to test preparedness of security staff
Monitoring surveillance equipment and access control systems
Investigating incidents or threats to identify causes and solutions
Supervising security personnel on duty

Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role; experience working in Middle East preferred

Familiarity with security protocols, CCTV systems, access control systems and fire protection systems

Strong communication skills both written & verbal

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Ability to stay calm under pressure

Demonstrated leadership skills
