Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Bank Teller to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently in compliance with established policies and procedures. This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1700 AED.

Job Responsibilities:
* Provide superior customer service by responding to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner.
* Process various types of financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, and transfers.
* Verify customers’ identification documents and signatures as required.
* Complete maintenance transactions including stop payments and address changes.
* Balance currency, coin, and checks in cash drawers at the end of each shift.
* Maintain knowledge of current banking services, policies, procedures, regulations, security practices, and current technology related to banking industry standards.
* Monitor customers’ suspicious activities and report them to the supervisor or bank security personnel.

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
* Previous experience as a bank teller or cashier preferred but not required; we are willing to consider foreigners with minimal work experience.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain banking services and products clearly to customers.
* Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
* Ability to handle high-pressure situations while providing excellent customer service at all times.
