Job Title: Recruiter (Abu-Dhabi, 1500+)

Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop successful recruitment strategies and manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. The successful candidate will be expected to work with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create effective job postings that attract high quality candidates.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that adhere to best practices
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate potential candidates to ensure alignment with position specifications
• Conduct reference checks and background checks for potential hires
• Determine salary ranges based on market trends and company budget allotment
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Communicate job offers to successful candidates, negotiate terms of employment, and onboard new employees

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter in the Abu-Dhabi area
• Knowledge of best practices in recruiting processes
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
