Housekeeping Manager - Abu-Dhabi (1300 AED)

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards. We are open to consider an immigrant for this role.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position involves a wide range of duties, such as managing and training staff, scheduling shifts and rotas, inspecting rooms and common areas, monitoring supplies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and resolving complaints. The successful candidate must be organized and able to work under pressure.

To be considered for this role you must have previous experience in a similar role in a hotel or other hospitality setting. You must also have excellent customer service skills, good communication skills, and strong attention to detail. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
