Anesthesiologist – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a highly qualified Anesthesiologist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing patient care before, during, and after surgical or medical procedures and administering anesthetics to help reduce pain. The role also entails conducting physical examinations and assessing the patient’s medical history.

Job Description:

• Assessing patients before medical procedures and working out the best anesthetic plan of care
administering medications to prepare patients for surgery
• Administering local, regional, intravenous, spinal, and other anesthetics during surgery
• Monitoring vital signs such as breathing rate or heart rate
• Monitoring the patient’s reaction and well-being throughout the procedure
• Carrying out clinical duties such as taking blood pressure or inserting breathing tubes
• Providing post-anesthetic care such as administering sedatives or analgesic drugs
• Consulting with surgeons about anesthesia-related issues during operations
• Educating medical staff and patients about anesthesia techniques and potential risks

Qualifications: • Medical degree in Anesthesia from a recognized institution • At least 5 years’ experience in Anesthesiology • Ability to remain calm under pressure • Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills • Ability to make quick decisions in emergency situations
