The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and implementation of construction projects from start to finish. Job Description
The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects from conception to completion. This includes working with architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and other professionals to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities also include managing budgets, preparing progress reports, monitoring safety procedures and quality control measures, scheduling personnel and equipment, resolving disputes between contractors and clients, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering
• 5 years of experience in construction management
• Excellent knowledge of building systems and processes
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Ability to multitask under pressure
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
