We are looking for a Kindergarten Teacher to join our team at our school in Sharjah. The successful candidate must have at least two years of experience teaching young children. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to providing quality educational activities and experiences for young children and must be able to create a safe and stimulating learning environment for all students.

This position requires strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate should also be creative and have the ability to motivate students in their learning journey. The successful applicant must also possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with families, colleagues, and community partners.

Responsibilities:
• Designing an appropriate curriculum for kindergarten students
• Managing the classroom environment in a professional manner
• Implementing developmentally appropriate instructional strategies
• Developing lesson plans that meet the individual needs of each student
• Assessing student progress towards meeting learning goals
• Collaborating with other teachers and parents on student progress
• Providing guidance and support for students as needed

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or similar field
• 2+ years of experience teaching kindergarten students
• Ability to develop positive relationships with young children and their families
• Strong classroom management skills

Salary: 1800 AED per month (Negotiable). We are also willing to consider an immigrant for this position.
