Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising and monitoring the work of subordinates, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Responsibilities include delegating tasks, providing feedback to staff, resolving conflicts between employees, and managing resources. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and should be comfortable working with a diverse team. We are willing to consider immigrants for this position.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a related field
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the organization
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to lead by example, motivate staff, and provide constructive feedback
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
