Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field (desirable)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a positive learning environment for students at all levels
• Patience and the ability to manage challenging behaviour in the classroom
• Good knowledge of current teaching methods, trends, and developments in the field of education

Job Responsibilities:
• Developing lesson plans that meet curricular standards and align with specific objectives for each lesson
• Evaluating student performance on an ongoing basis against set targets                                                                                           
  • Delivering engaging lessons using modern technology, such as interactive whiteboards and tablets
  • Maintaining discipline in the classroom according to established rules
  • Assisting with extracurricular activities on occasion, such as field trips or sporting events
