Secretary vacancy in Doha Qatar


We are looking for a reliable and experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the team.

The primary duties of this role include answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, managing emails, maintaining contact lists, filing documents, taking dictation, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English. Some experience with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred but not required. We are also willing to consider applications from foreign nationals with no prior experience in this role. A salary of 1700 per month is offered for this position.
