Sales Manager (Doha)

We are seeking a motivated, ambitious and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing relationships with new and existing clients, and managing a team of sales professionals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, and a proven track record of success in sales management. We are looking for someone who is driven, resilient and has strong negotiation skills. The ability to speak Arabic is an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities:
• Developing and managing client relationships
• Identifying new business opportunities
• Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• Creating detailed reports on sales performance
• Recruiting, training and managing a team of sales professionals
• Developing strategies to increase sales
• Monitoring customer satisfaction levels

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of success in sales management
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong negotiation skills & resilience

Salary: 900 per month. We are willing to consider foreigners for this position.
