Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven track record of sales success in a similar role
• Previous experience in hiring and managing a team of sales staff
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Knowledge of market trends, strategies, customer requirements, and competitive landscape
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing strategies to increase market share and maximize profitability
• Setting annual budgets and goals for the sales team
• Analyzing customer data to identify areas of growth
• Recruiting, training, coaching and managing the sales staff
• Monitoring performance against established targets
Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Fluency in English is required
• Experience with CRM software
