We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our growing team in Doha. This position would be ideal for a recent immigrant who is looking to build a career in the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will have the ability to create a welcoming work environment, foster teamwork, and provide effective leadership for our staff.

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure that all customer requests are met in a timely and efficient manner. They will develop and implement policies and procedures that promote customer service excellence, while also providing guidance and support to staff members as needed. Furthermore, they will be required to monitor staffing levels, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

To qualify for this role, applicants must possess excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities. They should also have a basic understanding of budgeting, payroll management, scheduling and employee performance tracking. Previous experience in supervisory roles within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
