Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a team of employees and ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget. As the Supervisor, you will be expected to track performance metrics, provide guidance and support to the team when needed, and make sure that company standards are met at all times. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing feedback on job performance and setting goals for the team.

Needs for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role. You should also have excellent leadership skills as well as strong communication skills. Additionally, you should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. You must also be able to work under pressure while still managing to maintain high levels of customer service excellence.
