We are looking for an experienced Land surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining the property boundaries and measuring the dimensions of land for construction projects. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity, as we are also prepared to consider applicants with no previous experience.

The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and a good understanding of basic surveying methods. They must have strong problem-solving abilities, be able to work independently, and be able to work in challenging conditions. A valid driver's license is also required as the position will involve travel to different project sites.

The successful applicant will receive a very competitive salary of 1300 SAR per month and other benefits such as medical insurance, paid holidays, and training opportunities.

The primary responsibility of the Land Surveyor involves collecting information from different sources to prepare maps and diagrams that accurately depict land features such as boundaries of properties, topography, bodies of water, vegetation, etc. This requires knowledge of surveying instruments such as transit level or total station that are used to measure angles and distances precisely. The surveyor must also document findings by measuring distances using chains or tapes or by using satellites or GPS systems. They must accurately record these measurements on blueprints or sketches in order to create a correct map. Additionally, they may communicate with landowners about property boundaries while ensuring that all laws related to land registration are followed throughout their work process.

This position requires strong attention to detail as well as good communication skills since they will be communicating with clients regularly about project updates or any changes related to their work process. Additionally, they must possess good problem-solving skills in order to effectively resolve any issues that arise during their duties.

We are looking for applicants who meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Geomatics/Geomatics Engineering/Land Surveying or related field

• Valid Driver’s License

• Previous experience working in a similar role (preferred but not required)

• Familiarity with surveying instruments such as transit level or total station

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work independently
