We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate surveying services to our clients and ensuring the safety of all personnel and equipment.

The ideal candidate should possess at least basic knowledge of surveying techniques, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. A knowledge of local regulations and laws related to land surveying is also desired. The candidate must have good communication skills, both written and verbal, as they will need to interact with clients as well as other personnel in the organization.

The job requires the Surveyor to visit remote locations for survey work, so a valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation is a must. The primary duties include working with contractors, government agencies, and private landowners to conduct legal surveys; performing research regarding ownership boundaries; analyzing topographical maps; analyzing data from aerial photographs; preparing survey plans based on field measurements; preparing legal documents related to boundary lines; maintaining records; maintaining equipment; and performing general administration tasks as needed.

The position offers a salary of 1000 SAR/monthly with opportunities for growth within the organization. We are willing to consider candidates from outside Riyadh. Experience in the field is preferred but not required – we are willing to consider candidates with minimal work experience or strong academic credentials.
