Job Description:
ABC Company is seeking an experienced Accountant to join its team in Riyadh. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for all accounting related activities. The successful candidate will be a highly organized individual with a strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day accounting activities including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll processing, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and analyze variances from budget.
• Perform reconciliations of bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts.
• Monitor cash flow on a daily basis and ensure that sufficient funds are available for daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable local tax regulations and filing requirements.
• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure that all audit requirements are met.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies & procedures as well as applicable laws & regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and provide timely reports as required by management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance or related field required; CPA preferred but not required
• At least 2 years of experience in an Accounting role
• Knowledge of local taxation laws (Saudi Arabia)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving skills
