Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager is a key member of the management team responsible for the successful running of the restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will be expected to plan, direct and coordinate all of the restaurant’s activities. This includes overseeing staff, monitoring food quality and customer service, creating budgets, developing strategies to increase sales and profits and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
