We are looking to hire a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai.

The successful candidate should have the ability to provide exceptional customer service, lead and develop teams, and foster a positive working environment. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing excellent customer service, training staff, adhering to health and safety regulations, and ensuring that the restaurant is running smoothly.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should also be able to work well under pressure and multitask effectively. The Restaurant Manager should possess strong leadership qualities and be organized in order to ensure that all departments are working together harmoniously. Additionally, they should have the ability to assess customer feedback and take action accordingly.

We are open to considering candidates with no experience in this role, as long as they demonstrate a willingness to learn quickly and have relevant transferable skills from previous positions.

The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1700 AED per month along with other benefits such as meals on duty.
