Restaurant Manager – Dubai

Job Description:

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including hiring, training, and supervising staff; creating menus; managing inventory; ensuring customer satisfaction; and overseeing day-to-day operations. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for developing marketing strategies to increase sales and maintain customer loyalty.

Duties:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Create menus that meet customer needs and adhere to budget constraints
• Train, supervise and motivate staff
• Manage inventory, stock levels, pricing and merchandising
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any complaints or issues that arise
• Develop marketing strategies to increase sales and maintain customer loyalty

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of restaurant management best practices
• Ability to spot problems quickly and create solutions quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with staff, customers, suppliers etc. • Knowledge of local food trends • Ability to work weekends/evenings/holidays as needed • Willingness to consider an immigrant if applicable

Salary: 1300 AED/month
