The Auto Electrician role involves the installation and repair of vehicle electrical systems such as wiring harnesses, batteries, starters, alternators, and other electrical components. You will be required to diagnose problems related to vehicle electrical systems by using test equipment such as multimeters. You should be able to use diagnostic software and be able to identify parts that need replacement or repair. Additionally you will need to inspect completed work for accuracy and ensure it meets industry standards.

To be considered for this role you must have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification in auto mechanics or related field. You should also have at least three years experience as an auto electrician or technician with a proven track record in problem-solving and diagnostic techniques. Additionally you must have basic computer knowledge including software applications such as Microsoft Office suite and the ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams correctly. Knowledge of safety regulations is also preferred.
