Job Responsibilities:
-Carry out laboratory tests to measure the physical properties of chemicals or their effect on other substances
-Identify substances and materials used in laboratory experiments, and develop new techniques for their use
-Analyze chemical composition of raw materials or products to ensure compliance with standards set by regulatory bodies or customers
-Develop new methods to improve the quality or accuracy of laboratory tests
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field required
-At least two years of professional experience in a lab setting preferred
-Excellent problem solving and communication skills
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
