Job Responsibilities:
The Executive Chef is responsible for leading our culinary team in delivering amazing dishes that are to the highest standards. You will be responsible for developing new menus and recipes that meet customer expectations as well as creating new trends in cuisine. You will also be required to oversee all aspects of food production and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, you will be expected to provide ongoing training and mentorship to the culinary team and drive staff motivation.

Education & Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred)
• At least 2 years’ experience as an executive chef or similar role
• Extensive knowledge on kitchen operations, food quality standards and safety regulations
• Superior organizational skills with problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
