As an Orthodontist, you will be responsible for providing diagnosis and corrective treatments to patients with malocclusions or irregularities of the teeth and jaws. This includes examining patients, taking measurements, providing advice on preventive care, carrying out orthodontic treatments such as braces or headgear, monitoring treatment progress, and referring patients to other specialists if necessary. You will also need to maintain accurate patient records and educate patients about oral hygiene practices.
