Al-Kuwait is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. We are offering a salary of 1000 with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience working in a kitchen, including the ability to plan menus, supervise staff, and manage kitchen operations. The Sous Chef must have excellent leadership skills and be able to delegate tasks effectively while demonstrating an eye for detail. They must also have an excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and be able to create efficient processes that adhere to health standards.

We are particularly looking for someone with creativity and the ability to come up with innovative ideas for dishes that will inspire guests. The Sous Chef must be able to manage multiple tasks at once and have strong communication skills as they will need to liaise with other departments within the organization.
