Job Title: Office Assistant

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in an office setting.
The Office Assistant’s primary responsibilities will include managing office operations, providing administrative support, and assisting other staff members with their daily tasks. The successful candidate should be able to work independently and have excellent communication skills. Additionally, the applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and any other software programs related to the job.
Responsibilities:
• Answer telephone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Manage daily office operations including filing paperwork, ordering supplies, sending emails/faxes, and maintaining records
• Assist other staff members with their daily tasks as needed
• Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft Office Suite
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
• Support Executive team with scheduling meetings/events as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum of one year of experience in an office setting
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
