Warehouse Manager Job in Al-Kuwait

Salary: 1500

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Knowledge of inventory system software such as Inventory Now, WMS (Warehouse Management System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving and shipping processes.
• Ensure safety standards are strictly adhered to in the warehouse environment.
• Develop operational systems to improve accuracy, safety and efficiency of the delivery process.
• Supervise staff performance and provide relevant training when necessary.
• Monitor stock levels, report any discrepancies or issues with inventory accuracy.
• Manage freight costs and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency/cost savings.
• Track shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain records of inventory and track products through the supply chain process from source to customer delivery point.
