HR manager job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


Al-Kuwait is looking for a motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the human resources department and ensuring that all personnel are managed in accordance with Al-Kuwait's policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an international corporate environment. We will also consider applicants who are immigrants with relevant work experience abroad.

The HR Manager is expected to provide guidance on all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, compliance and legal obligations. You should also be able to lead and motivate the HR team to ensure that they deliver high quality services.
