Al-Kuwait is seeking a Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to produce quality products.

The ideal Machine Operator should have basic knowledge of machines and the ability to read and interpret technical instructions. We are looking for someone with a flexible approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor machines and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
• Make minor adjustments on the machine as necessary
• Make sure that production meets high-quality standards
• Follow all safety regulations at all times
• Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly
• Report any malfunctions or issues to supervisor
• Maintain accurate records of production output
• Monitor inventory of spare parts/tools/materials & order when needed

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
• Minimum work experience required; experience in operating industrial machines preferred
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical instructions accurately
• Ability to identify problems quickly and take appropriate action accordingly
• Excellent physical coordination, manual dexterity, and communication skills
