Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating quality coffee beverages and excellent customer service skills. You must be an enthusiastic individual who is willing to go the extra mile in order to make sure that our customers have the best experience possible.

Responsibilities
As a Barista, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve coffee drinks according to company standards while providing excellent customer service. This includes brewing coffee and tea; grinding and blending coffee beans; operating the cash register; stocking supplies; cleaning equipment; maintaining sanitation standards in the work area; and helping customers with orders or other requests.

Qualifications
The successful candidate should have at least one year of previous barista experience, either at a coffee shop or restaurant. You should also possess excellent knowledge of various coffee brewing techniques as well as customer service practices. Knowledge of food preparation, cash handling procedures, and POS systems is also desirable. Additionally, you must possess effective communication skills as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
