We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, designing, testing and maintaining electrical systems, as well as analyzing and troubleshooting technical problems.

The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of electrical engineering principles and concepts, with the ability to interpret schematics and diagrams. They should also have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well independently or within a team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Designing electrical systems that meet safety standards and industry requirements.

• Developing new or improved processes for existing products.

• Testing and inspecting electrical systems to ensure functionality and safety.

• Analyzing data from tests to evaluate performance of designs or prototypes.

• Troubleshooting technical issues related to electrical systems.

• Preparing detailed documentation on design specifications and procedures.

• Liaising with vendors regarding components or systems needed for projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

• Proficiency in CAD/CAE software is necessary (AutoCAD, MATLAB, etc.).

• Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations accurately and take appropriate action quickly.

• Ability to read schematics/diagrams accurately and develop solutions based on them.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities in order to effectively discuss technical issues with team members or vendors when needed.
