Welders are a vital part of our team in Al-Kuwait and we are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join us. Our ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the necessary skills, experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for welding metal components in order to create finished products. They will need to use their expertise in welding techniques to ensure accuracy and quality of the welds. This position requires an individual that can work quickly while still delivering precision results. The ideal candidate must have the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately, as well as ensuring that all safety regulations are adhered to at all times.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Using welding equipment such as TIG torches, MIG guns and electric arc welders; Working with a variety of metals such as steel, aluminum, copper and stainless steel; Following blueprints or technical drawings when completing projects; Inspecting welds for accuracy; Using hand tools such as grinders or cutting torches when needed; Ensuring safety procedures are met at all times.

Minimum requirements include: A high school diploma or equivalent; Relevant welding certifications/qualifications; At least two years’ experience in welding; Proficient use of various welding machinery/tools; Ability to read technical drawings/blueprints accurately; Demonstrated attention to detail with an emphasis on quality assurance; Excellent physical dexterity with proven ability to stand for long periods of time.
