Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Cashier to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent customer service skills and be detail oriented. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800 per month. We are open to considering immigrants for this role.

Responsibilities
• Receive payments from customers, process cash and credit card payments, and issue receipts
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is sufficient change
• Maintain clean and organized checkout areas
• Answer customers’ questions, and provide information on procedures or policies
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Bag purchases for customers when needed
• Process returns or exchanges within company policy guidelines

Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; experience may substitute for education requirement
• Previous experience as a cashier preferred but not necessary; we are willing to consider applicants with no experience
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to work well with others
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling money and transaction documents
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
