Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field.
• Knowledge of land surveying practices and techniques.
• Ability to work with precision instruments such as total stations and GPS receivers.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills, including time management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ready to consider an immigrant with no experience in the field (optional).

Job Description: The Land Surveyor will be responsible for gathering data from land survey activities such as boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction staking, geographic information system (GIS) data collection, and other related tasks. This position requires the ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments in order to collect survey data accurately and efficiently. The Land Surveyor will use precision instruments such as total stations, GPS receivers, levels, transits, robotic total stations, etc., to ensure accurate data collection. The Land Surveyor must also be able to interpret survey results accurately as well as analyze the data collected from each survey activity for accuracy and completeness. Other duties may include preparing maps of surveyed sites as well as maintaining records of surveyed sites for future reference.
