Mechanical Engineer - Al-Kuwait

We are looking for a talented, experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Al-Kuwait. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual who is seeking to develop their career in the engineering field. As Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining mechanical systems and components used in industrial settings. You will also be expected to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, develop solutions to optimize efficiency and safety, and perform quality control checks on all projects you are involved in.

In this role, your duties and responsibilities will include: researching and analyzing customer requirements; planning and designing mechanical systems; developing prototypes of new products; creating technical drawings using CAD software; developing testing processes to ensure quality standards are met; performing tests on components to determine performance standards; overseeing the installation of mechanical systems; diagnosing problems with existing equipment; recommending improvements or repairs as needed; ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

To qualify for this position you must possess: a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong problem-solving skills; the ability to work independently or as part of a team; experience with CAD software programs such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks; knowledge of industry standards such as ASME codes. A valid driver’s license is also preferred. Additionally, having experience working in an industrial setting is highly desired.
