Office assistant job in Musaffah UAE for foreigners
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Musaffah. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, including managing files, fielding phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and assisting with any other duties as assigned. They must also be able to perform basic office tasks such as filing documents, entering data into databases, and preparing reports as needed.
The successful candidate should have strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications. We require a minimum of 1 year of related work experience; however, we are open to considering foreign applicants who can demonstrate their skills and abilities.
